  • 150g roasted pork, cut into strips
  • 10 pcs long beans (thin and small beans preferred)
  • 1 taiwan sausage
  • 3-4 pcs of baby corns, halved
  • 2 red chili padis, chopped
  • 2 tbsp dried prawns, minced
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • For the Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chinese wine
  • 1 tsp Maggi seasoning
  • 1 tsp light soya sauce
  • 50ml water
  • dash of pepper
  1. Blanch the long beans in boiling water until soft. Remove and drain well. Make into spiral rolls as illustrated above.
  2. Heat out in a corningware pot or claypot and fried the garlic, onion, dried prawns and chili padis until aromatic.
  3. Add the roasted pork, sausage, baby corns and long beans and stir briefly for approximately 1 minute.
  4. Add the sauce, cover the pot and let it simmer for a further 5 minutes. Dish and serve hot.
