  • 400ml Mizkan Pork Bone & Soy Nabe Soup Base
  • 800ml waterVegetables :
  • Fresh Lettuce
  • Caixin vegetables
  • Broccoli
  • Long cabbage
  • Carrots
  • Baby Kailan vegetablesMushrooms :
  • Button Mushrooms
  • Shimeiji mushrooms
  • Enoki mushrooms

Instructions
  1. Heat up cooking oil and add minced garlic.
  2. Fried garlic till golden brown.
  3. Drain the minced garlic.
  4. Place the garlic on paper towels to soak up the excess oil.
  5. Add hotpot soup base and water into pot.
  6. Add carrots and long cabbage into pot together with 1 tbsp of garlic oil. Allow the soup to cook till it boils.
  7. Add 1-2 tsp of fried garlic.
  8. Add pepper.
  9. Start adding the hotpot ingredients as desired and tuck in !
