  • 250g pork minced meat
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1½ tbsp minced ginger
  • 1½ tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp sweet bean paste sauce
  • 1 tsp fermented soya beans
  • 250g water
  • Some sugar to adjust
  • One-Two bunches of noodles
  • Some blanched vegetables
  1. Heat up 1 tbsp of oil and saute minced garlic and ginger.
  2. Add minced pork and stir fry till no longer pink.
  3. Add sweet noodles sauce and fermented soya bean sauce.
  4. Add water. Optional : Add chilli oil for spice if desired.
  5. Cover and simmer for few mins.
  6. Taste and adjust w sugar if necessary.
  7. Finish off w shaoxing wine.
  8. Cook noodles in water and rinse w some cold water briefly.
  9. Serve the minced meat and sauce w shredded scallions, or other vege if desired on the noodles.
