Korean Pork Bulgogi 韩式炒辣肉

- 300g pork collar, sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- ½ onion, sliced
- Some white sesame seeds, for garnishing
- 1 tbsp Korean hot pepper paste (you can add more if u prefer more spicy)
- ½ tsp Korean hot pepper flakes (you can add more if u prefer more spicy)
- 1 tbsp light soya sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp water
- Mix the pork with the marinade ingredients and set it aside in the fridge overnight.
- Heat up a frying pan and add in 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Saute the onions till they turn soft. Remove and set aside.
- Add in another 1 tbsp of cooking oil and stir fried the pork till they are cooked. (You can also grill them on a griller or a grilling pan.)
- If using a hotplate, heat up the hotplate with some oil. Place the sliced onions on the hot plate before topping it with the pork bulgogi.
- Garnish with white sesame seeds and serve hot.
You can replace the pork with chicken too !
