Sharing this awesome Barramundi fish chowder from Kühlbarra that’s really delicious. It was loaded with lotsa vegetables along with premium barramundi fish and as you can see from the pictures too, the chowder is indeed that thick and lusciously creamy !
I prepped some croutons to go along which was very ideal to serve alongside with the chowder. These croutons are simply bread cubes tossed in melted butter and toast till golden brown and crunchy. Well anything with lots of butter just work wonders with bread, isn’t it ?
Coming back to the chowder, it’s a rich and creamy soup that’s cooked with goodness from barramundi fish, corns, carrots, potatoes, bay leaves, etc. I loved the convenience of it that all you gotta do is literally just pop them onto the stove or microwave to be reheated and they are all good to be savored. And because all the barramundi fish from Kühlbarra have been de-boned for use, hence they are made perfect for kids to enjoy too !
With the easy crunchy croutons too, it makes a very convenient and satisfying meal anytime of the day. Serving this dish in a casserole makes it all the more appetizing and pretty sure everyone in the family will not be able to resist, be it the adults or children !!
