Wafu Prawns Pasta with Asparagus using Cookin1 Meal Kits

Cookin1 is a newly launched meal kits brand that facilitates our daily cooking by not comprising on food wastage and preparing and cooking only to what is necessary. One thing Cook.in.1 differentiates itself from others is probably the provision of almost everything that you need in the meal kit, be it the daily rice, cooking oil and even necessities like salt and sugar. And all you ever need from your kitchen pantry, will only be your pots and pans.

All the ingredients and condiments are fully vacuum packed which literally means even if you decide to change your schedule and not have your cooking done today or tomorrow, they can still be kept for a couple more days without the vegetables going bad that soon.
Each meal kit preps a serving for two which I reckon portions servings are more than enough. It comprises of fully documented instructions which are pretty easy to follow through and you can get your warm delicious meal piping up in no time.
Earlier I did a poll on IG to determine which dish you guys would like me to feature and Wafu Prawn Paste with Asparagus wins up by a close shave. LOL. Well, I was secretly hoping that Hainanese Chicken Rice would strike the jackpot instead because I was craving for chicken rice there and then.
Nevertheless, Wafu Prawn Pasta with Asparagus was still a hit and with the cooking being such a breeze, the meal was easily prepped and served in less than 30 minutes.
Generally I think such meal kits are really convenient, considering the fact that you don’t need to buy a full pack of vegetables or meat when what you probably need is only a few items for that particular dish that you’ve wanted to cook. And because food wastage is such a pity and concern to the society, considering some places in the world do not even have enough to eat, we should as much as possible try to eliminate that.
Hopefully we can see more varieties of dishes coming from Cookin1 in time to come !! In the meantime, below is a pictorial step by step on how to whip up this dish ! There’s a little video clip to be shared on IG too ! So enjoy !
