Fried Chicken Mid-Joints (Cross breed of the “McWings” & “KFC”)

Never doubt the power of a chicken wing ! Hahaha. It’s one of those kinds of food that no one can resist, be it the young or old. It’s like you past by a table that serve some really golden brown chicken wings that look so crispy, you are sure to take a second look. And if the kids seeing that prepared on the dining table, they are sure to grab a few to munch along even before the actual meal time commences.

Probably that explains for the success of “KFC” and many other fried chicken wings joints. It’s really like some kind of comfort food where you can have that craving for it anytime anywhere. Whilst I tried to replicate the rather unsuccessful cripsy and spicy”KFC” favors, I realized I came up with a cross breed of of somehow the “McWings” and “KFC” combo. Hahaha !! It’s kind of amazing leh.. but cooking or baking is a journey of experiments and trials and while not all cooks or bakes result in good produce, but during the process you could discover something new and different and all in all, you could be having your own set of unique creations eventually which might not be a bad idea after all !
