Seriously, I do not understand what’s the purpose of Halloween since it’s neither a festive nor a national holiday. But since everyone, especially the kiddos are getting all so ga-ga over the Halloween tradition, why not engage the entire family to a hearty meal affair at The King Louis Grill and Bar whom has so appropriately dressed itself up for the frightful day !
Well, when I mentioned frightful day, I certainly don’t mean blood sucking draculas or vampires popping out from behind you when you are enjoying your feisty meal ! Hahaha.. if it’s gonna be that happening, rest assured that I will steer clear of such a place too. I certainly am not one who would pay to have my jaw dropping with fear !!
Halloween theme as it is, here’s some tastefully decor that fills the atmosphere of the tradition. A gigantic spider web that sprung across the restaurant’s ceiling in a mighty affair, with cobwebs all over the dining areas….
Begin the meal with some light starters that are soothingly meant for the kids who will keep them at ease.
The Castle BBQ Drumlets are one of the signatures where both the marination and the BBQ sauce originates from the restaurant’s secret recipe.
The Prawn Twister is good to try where you find fresh prawns rolled in filo pastry, fried till a crisp golden brown and enjoyed with a lightly spiced mango dip.
The velvety mushroom soup comes on with an abundance of shiitake and button mushroom bits that on the first sip, you can be assured of true blue home-made goodness, without a hinge of the can-soup taste and feel that we seen so often around.
The Halloween Platter is a hearty palate that served to stuff the rumbling tummies to bits . A huge platter as you can see, comprises of the Roasted Beef with Black Pepper Sauce, Premium BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Grilled Crayfish with Garlic and Herbs and Pan Seared Fillet of Norwegian Salmon. And beneath them is an assortment of fruits and veges that served to neutralize your diet with some healthy greens after the heavy meaty affair.
And from now till the 3 November 2013, engage in a sure-win lucky dip for every $100 spend and you could stand a chance to win for yourself some extra bottles of booze or dining vouchers that you could utilize on the spot.
So gathered yourself up for the Halloween and indulge in a night of feasting that will delight the entire household with the Best Family Friendly Restaurant around, proudly voted by the Parents World.http://www.thekinglouis.com/
