Feast on the Move is a one night only, no-holds barred buffet featuring 5 themed menus each highlighting the all the signatures of M ! Get ready to embark on an epicurean adventure throughout our F&B outlets and function rooms where our grand ballroom will be transformed into a giant dessert hall!
There are several things to love about this event.
J Bar (Level Nine). Be greeted by the always friendly bartenders, who will conjure up J Bar’s signature drink – Lychee Martini. Definitely roving! If you are a fan of oysters, indulge in the unlimited servings of plump and succulent oysters. Whether you are slurping oysters or sipping the martinis, J Bar‘s deck is the best place to unwind.
At Anson Room (Level Two), cuisines from different cultures permeate the dining scene. You can witness a magnificent sight of a long buffet line which holds over 80 types of cultural dishes. A myriad of Asian flavours from Local, Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Filipino and Thai, this gastronomical spread is sure to set your taste buds on an invigorating whirligig.
Café 2000 (Level One), an opportunity to sample barbequing and premium roasting. Any of the meat, sausages, ribs or seafood pulled out from the smoker is bound to set you for a second helping.
At The Buffet (Level Two), there is nothing more than time spent with your loved ones hovering over a huge steaming pot of broth. No matter what you choose, you’ll be getting a generously garnished broth with fresh, quality ingredients. Chefs with unique preparation techniques and dedicated efforts, prepare distinct flavours such as Drunken ‘Live’ Prawn in Herbal Soup, Tom Yam Soup and Double- boil Chicken Broth.
With all the outdoor dining and indoor dining, the “sweetest” moment arrives at the Banquet Suite. Enter, and you will be welcomed by mountains of delicacies such as the heavenly white and dark chocolate fondue, Crepe Suzette flambé etc.
If you think it’s the end, wait for the finale where a lucky draw will be conducted. Winners will walk away with fantastic prizes such as amazing stays or dining vouchers at M Hotel. To participate, guests can drop their coupon at the registration booth before moving on to feast.
