2nd day of the Chinese New Year was my birthday. Like the past, there was no fancy celebration as well. But there was a mini weeny cake to mark the occasion. It was a chocolate truffle cake from the Regent Hotel.
It was a layer of chocolate sponge, followed by a layer of chocolate crunch that tastes very much like Kit Kat, followed by another sponge and mousse at the top. Decorated with somewhat sour strawberries and slices of chocolate.
