The service at ToTT Bistro was really good. Probably there wasn’t many customers then, so the moment we stepped into the cafe, the staff were enthusiatically introducing their menu and food to us. The prices were very reasonable, especially for drinks, where it costs only $1.50 for a soft drink which is free flow and $4.90 for a Fish N Chips ! On top of that, DBS card holders still get to enjoy 10% discount off, which makes it an even better deal. However, the food portions were abit small which you probably needs to order something extra, other than your normal course, to supplement the meal. From its website, I get to know that Chef Sam Leong is the consultant who design their palete of food served in the Bistro.
In a clockwise direction from top left : Pan Fried Salmon with Orange sauce and Mixed Vegetables, Fish N Chips, Braised Chicken Leg with Pickles & Rice and American Baked Cheese Cake.
All the food were pretty fine, in particular the cheese cake, which was superb. It had a twinge of light citrus taste, and was definitely very cheesy which I liked. ^-^
My name is Joyce, author of Eat What Tonight. Spending time in the kitchen has been one of my greatest therapeutic passion thus far even though I couldn't do it on a more often basis than I wish I could. I do not prized myself as a great cook or baker, after all I am a one-woman show in the kitchen and blogging scene. Nevertheless, I hope this little space of mine can aspire anyone like myself to appreciate and enjoy the best of oneself's efforts in every single home made dish.
